Kim started working at UMass Lowell in January, 2013. Prior to her work at UML, she was a Program Assistant at Middlesex Community Collegeís Center for Leadership and Engagement. In her early career, Kim had experience writing and administering law enforcement training programs for The National Association of State Directors of Law Enforcement Training and serving as a Marshal for a high-profile sequestered jury for the U.S. Marshal Service in Boston. She also has diversity training and management consulting experience which includes: writing training programs, research & evaluation administration, program management and event planning.
Areas of Expertise & Professional Interests
Kimís strengths lie in organization, maximizing resources and establishing processes for the purpose of increasing departmental productivity. Kim assists the Manager of Co-op Employer Outreach and Special Events in event planning, database management and program administration primarily for cooperative education.
