Prior to joining UMass Lowell, Milan worked at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) as a full-time Residence Hall Director. While there, he facilitated many career development focused programs and assisted students in the career process on a one on one basis. In his free time, Milan worked in UNH's Career Center where he met with students and facilitated a wide range of presentations. Prior to his work at UNH, Milan worked in Salve Regina University's Career Center as well as the Career Center at the University of Rhode Island.
Milan's interests center around the student experience and how these experiences can lead a student towards a fulfilling career. Milan excels at assisting students in evaluating themselves in order to assess which career path would be most desirable, fulfilling, and lucrative. His experience with student organizations has formed his belief about the importance of being intentional with your pursuits, setting goals, and self-reflecting. Milan wants to see students succeed and aims to be of assistance in any way possible. Milan serves as the liaison between the Career & Co-op Center and the College of Health, as well as Residential Life.
