The UMass Lowell (UML) Astronomy Club seeks to allow students to share their love of astronomy with their fellow classmates. The club meets on every other Monday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in Southwick Hall 240. The meeting schedule can be found on Engage, and updates are sent by email as well.

The Astronomy Club held its first observation night October 2019. Students viewed many celestial objects, including Venus and Saturn. Observation nights are held every two weeks but are weather dependent. Currently students use their own telescopes as well as those owned by the University. Observation nights are held at the observatory as well.

For any questions or if you'd like to join the email list, please email President Michele Woodland by email: michele_woodland@student.uml.edu.
