Honor Your Favorite Teacher

New Thank a Teacher campaign supports renovation of Coburn Hall, home of the College of Education

Since its founding in 1894, UMass Lowell has prized great teaching. It has also educated thousands of great teachers.

Now, as part of our 125th anniversary celebration, we want to honor teachers who’ve had a lasting impact on their students—and also provide support for the renovation of Coburn Hall, home to our College of Education.

That’s why we’ve launched our Thank a Teacher campaign.

Show your favorite teacher your gratitude by making a contribution in their honor. Gifts of all sizes are greatly appreciated. And when you make a gift of $125 or more, your teacher’s name will be displayed digitally and on banners during the College of Education High Tea event in May.

Not only will your donation benefit the renovation, but it will reestablish the building as the home of the College of Education and it will continue a legacy of teaching excellence at UMass Lowell.

After making your gift, you’ll receive an e-certificate honoring your teacher that you can present to them, informing them of this special honor.

It’s never too late to say thank you! Make your gift today.
