Biosketch
Allison Richards is the Associate Director of Property and Asset Management at UMass Lowell. As part of the Office of Sustainability, the department is responsible for all aspects of the property and asset management process: ensuring the integrity of the data, compliance with regulatory requirements, also proper re-utilization and disposal of surplus assets.
