Over the past year, wellness, self-care, health, and well-being was highlighted repeatedly. Many individuals were able to get into a routine, however, others found it more challenging while at home. Campus Recreation wants to help you keep wellness a priority as your transition back into a more ‘normal’ routine and work schedule.

Register online to have Diana Dellogono or Meghan Jordan from Campus Recreation facilitate a conversation with your department about ways to keep wellness a priority in your office, lead a 10-minute mobility/stretch session, and share what Campus Recreation is offering this summer and fall.
