To sign up, employees must use their university email address and register through this form. After you have signed up, you will be notified of your specific time slot, which will be between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday or Friday at the Cross River Center at 1001 Pawtucket Blvd. Employees need to bring their UML ID to their appointment.
Your appointment time, which will be confirmed by Lowell General Hospital in the coming days, will not be able to be changed so please ensure your availability for both days and time periods before signing up. All supervisors are asked to be flexible with employees’ schedules to ensure members of the university community are able to be vaccinated as soon as possible.
If all appointments are taken, UMass Lowell and LGH will add individuals who continue to sign up to future faculty and staff appointment offerings in the coming weeks.
Please remember that vaccine doses remain in high demand. You are asked not to schedule an appointment using this process if you already have an appointment at any other site. LGH tracks every appointment and dose to avoid wasting precious vaccine. Help us honor our partnership with LGH so all doses can be used.
