Communication Skills for Project Managers
Virtual Zoom Seminar
May 3, 5 & 10 from 6 – 8 p.m.

We’ll cover areas like the value of the voice: emphasis, tone, pitch and volume; active listening and changing a presentation from a monologue to a conversation; and identifying your audience and designing your communications to meet their needs and drive results.

This workshop counts as an elective in the Professional Certificate in Project Management. Standard GPS tuition rates apply.

Stakeholder Management
Virtual Zoom Seminar
May 12 & 19 from 7 – 8:30 p.m., with asynchronous work assigned between sessions

Project stakeholders have the potential to impact a project in many ways, both positive and negative. The savvy project manager is aware of the need to identify all stakeholders and then to work with them throughout the project to build stakeholder engagement. This seminar explores stakeholder identification and multiple techniques for stakeholder analysis, followed by the creation of a practical stakeholder management plan.

This workshop counts as an elective in the Professional Certificate in Project Management. Standard GPS tuition rates apply.
