Annmarie Martin, Senior HRIS/Compensation Analysts supports many different HR/Payroll efforts and projects. She works closely with both the HR Employment team and the Finance team creating or setting up new positions. She works closely with Financial Services as the main HR resource on position management. Annmarie also has extensive experience with reporting and supports the university reporting needs. She plays a role in supporting Page Up, the university applicant tracking system reporting along with supporting the compensation team’s efforts by providing them with compensation analysis and compensation reporting.
