Biosketch

Prior to joining UMass Lowell, Casey Leon was the Director of Research at the Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and Spanish from Wellesley College and a Master’s degree in Public Health with a dual concentration in Epidemiology and Global Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She is a returned Peace Corps volunteer.
