Promotion & Tenure Guidelines



Facilitated by campus leaders, the Provost's Promotion & Tenure Workshops provide best practices to prepare for promotion. A panel of recently promoted colleagues will also provide recommendations to assist candidates. Materials distributed include the 2016-17 P& T Calendar as well as the guidelines.

ePortfolio WORKSHOPS - Preparing and Submitting Electronic Promotion & Tenure Materials:

Presented by Paula Haines, Director of Assessment; Donna Mellen, Manager of Academic Technology and Sandhya Balasubramanian, Assistant to the Provost - Special Projects, the workshop is designed to introduce faculty members to the process of formatting and presenting materials electronically. This workshop is intended for faculty filing applications for promotion and/or tenure in 2016, but it's never too early to start preparing!
