By having a network, we aim to provide information to any UMass Lowell employee seeking resources and a campus community member or ally to connect with.
As a diversity advocate and network member you could provide invaluable help in these areas: strengthen the diversity and inclusion relationships across campus, hear current concerns and issues and route to appropriate persons, act as a resource for new and continuing, staff/faculty within your field be able to refer appropriately or direct to other campus opportunities, events, resources, etc.
