Join the Women and Leadership in a Changing World International Conference 11/17

UMass Lowell is pleased to announce an international conference on Women and Leadership in a Changing World, the second of an annual series organized jointly with the Queen's University Belfast Queen’s University Belfast, Northern Ireland.

The conference will focus on the challenges, opportunities, benefits and lessons learned of increasing the gender balance of the leadership in public and private sectors and academia.

The conference will be held at the UMass Lowell Inn & Conference Center, 50 Warren St., Lowell from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2017.

This conference will feature:

  • Keynote Address by Ellen Zane, nationally renowned health care leader and former President & Chief Executive Officer of Tufts Medical Center and the Floating Hospital for Children. She was the first woman to run the hospital in its 221-year history.
  • Three interactive panel discussions related to Pay Equity, Women and Leadership in Higher Education and Women and Leadership in Corporations / Industry
