Biosketch

Albert has more than 14 years of experience in Wind energy, has managed several research programs in the field of structures, materials, controls and grid integration and co-authored technical papers in the areas of structural dynamics, drive train architectures and offshore foundations. Albert has been involved in different US Department of Energy grants in offshore technology and was part of the GE team that built the first offshore wind farm in the US, Block Island. He holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnical University of Catalonia (UPC), Spain as well as an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership, from MIT - Sloan School of Management.
