Alison has nearly a decade of experience in the energy industry. She has worked at MassCEC since 2013 , evaluating clean technology startups for equity and debt investment across all sectors of the industry. Alison also manages MassCEC's Catalyst program, which provides grants for prototype development, and AmplifyMass program, which provides cost share for ARPA-E recipients in Massachusetts. Prior to her time at MassCEC, Alison worked as an engineer, developing, designing and constructing utility-scale power plants at Indeck Energy Services, completing projects in the wind, solar, biomass and natural gas sectors. Alison received her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, focusing on energy, the environment and entrepreneurial finance. During graduate school, she worked for multiple clean energy startups in the New England area, developing market expansion strategies. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, and also serves on the boards of several clean energy companies.
