The Office of Community Engagement is hosting two interactive campus convenings as part of UMass Lowell's participation in the Campus Compact Community & Civic Action Planning (CAP) initiative. These sessions will bring together faculty, staff, students, athletics, student affairs, university leadership, and community partners to help shape a university-wide Community Engagement Roadmap.
Participants will learn about the newly established Office of Community Engagement and the CAP planning process, while engaging in facilitated small-group discussions to identify existing strengths, opportunities, and priorities for strengthening community-campus partnerships. Feedback gathered during these convenings will inform the development of UMass Lowell's long-term strategy for community engagement and civic partnerships.
