RHSA Peer Leaders and Team Leaders will participate in a multi-day training experience designed to prepare them for their roles supporting first-generation students at UMass Lowell.
Throughout the week, leaders will build skills in mentorship, communication, and leadership while gaining a deeper understanding of RHSA programs, expectations, and campus resources. Training will also focus on creating inclusive, supportive environments and preparing leaders to guide first-year students through their transition to college.
This required training sets the foundation for a successful year of leadership, connection, and impact within the RHSA community.
