The Office of Research Development will review several common research equipment grant opportunities such as DURIP, NSF MRI, NIH S10 Instrumentation Programs, MLSC Research Infrastructure and Equipment Programs, and more. ORD will also share best practices for enhancing proposals, provide advice for allowable cost share when it's requested, and discuss timelines for applying in the case of a limited submission. Facilities Management will describe the New Equipment Installation Request form and the importance of working with their team to ensure our campus has the appropriate space and utility requirements to meet the technical specification needs of your new research instrument. Core Research Facilities will share information about partnering with them to promote resource sharing.
