River Hawk Racing is UMass Lowell’s Formula SAE team and Society of Automotive Engineers collegiate chapter.
The main focus of the club is to design, fund, and manufacture a custom formula style race car to compete in the annual FSAE Competition in Michigan. This competition requires a multi disciplinary effort and we have dedicated students from many different backgrounds and majors. Any student is welcome to join the team.
