The Small Jazz Ensemble will be performing compositions by Marcus Miller, Tower of Power, Herbie Hancock, Robben Ford, McCoy Tyner, Art Farmer, Louis Cole and Deodato, encompassing different eras of jazz and funk music from the 60's to present day.
The Studio Orchestra will be performing re-arrangements of well known and more obscure works by the likes of Jaco Pastorius, David Sanborn, Freddie Hubbard, Cannonball Adderley, Duke Pearson and Gerald Wilson using a unique instrumentation including cello, several bassists, trumpet section and multiple guitars.
