The Learn to Ride a Bike clinic is offered to help people who are interested in learning to ride a bike for the first time or after a long period of not riding. This instructional session will cover the essentials of riding a bike including choosing and fitting a bike, how to use the various components and practice riding in a calm and controlled environment. Lots of individual attention is available with 1:4 instructor to participant ratio. Rental bikes and helmets are included for use during the class. Location: Outdoor Center and Bike Shop.
