Bike Rally!

Join the UMass Lowell Bicycle Programs team for the first ever Opening Week Bike Rally!
We will be set up at the Outdoor Center and Bike Shop to welcome all riders to campus. Get a free bike safety check and mini tune up! We will have giveaways of bike lights, locks, helmets and more! Meet and greet with fellow cyclists and members of the Bicycle Advocacy Committee, Tour the Bike Shop and Outdoor Center, sign up for the Free Wheelers bike share and learn about our programs for the year.
Campus Bike Tour 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Grab a bike and join us for a friendly bike ride around campus focused on helping you get oriented for bicycle success in the coming semester! The ride will highlight bike maintenance features, bike share stations, preferred routes and some cool spots along the way! We will meet at the Bike Shop and take a tour around East Campus before pedaling to North and finally South Campus and Southfest! This group tour will ride on shared paths and also the road so please be prepared with a helmet and ready to follow traffic laws.
