Flu vaccines clinics are open to all UML community members. You must be over the age of 18 to receive a vaccination. Appointments are recommended and walk-ins are welcome.
Those wishing to be vaccinated must bring their UML ID, their insurance card to have their insurance billed, and complete a consent form to obtain information needed to bill and provide the vaccine. If you wish to pay out of pocket the fee is $29 and can be paid by cash, check, or credit card.
