Come join the UMass Lowell Kayak Center on a moonlit evening paddle tour. This guided evening tour of the Merrimack River will use the light of the Super Moon - a term for when the Full Moon is near its closest approach to Earth, thus appearing slightly larger. As the temperature begins to cool and world quiets, paddling by moonlight offers a special experience that you will remember forever. Please come 15 minutes early to check in and prepare. Appropriate for adults and children 10 and up. All tours include equipment rental and safety/paddling instructions.
