Cool Science holds an annual art exhibition celebration to honor young artists. During each celebration, artwork created by K-12 artists about extreme weather will be exhibited. Artists, parents, mentors, and supporting organizations will be recognized. In addition, scientists, artists, educators, and non-profit organization representatives will make short presentations and facilitate informal discussions about youth artwork and extreme weather. This event offers rich opportunities to integrate art and science and engage the community in extreme weather science issues.
