In this program, we will examine what respect actually means for our campus community. Respect starts with us. We will engage with colleagues to create a shared language around the respectful, engaged, and inclusive workplace. We will also generate strategies to improve our environment for greater respect, civility, inclusion, and engagement. You will be encouraged to act in ways that enhance workplace culture and get practical ideas on how to listen to understand, lend a hand, and act graciously to be a positive influence at UMass Lowell.
