Come cheer on our UMass Lowell DifferenceMaker student teams at the 2022 10th Annual $50K Idea Challenge Finals, on Wednesday, April 13 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. in Moloney Hall, University Crossing.
The field has been narrowed from about 60 competitive applications to just 10 DifferenceMaker teams who will pitch their ventures to a panel of alumni judges who will then award $50,000 in prize money to the teams.
The evening will begin with poster presentations by the finalist teams, as well as student teams who participated in the Preliminary Pitch-Off. The finalist teams will then present a series of 5-minute rocket pitches to a panel of alumni judges for a chance to share in $50,000 in prizes and services.

Come see these entrepreneurial UMass student teams compete and share their solutions to problems that matter. This event is for students, alumni, faculty, staff, community members and entrepreneurs.
