Join this Faculty Advocated led event for a panel of CJ professionals in each of the major sections of criminal justice and representatives from within and outside of the university. This event will give you the opportunity to discuss your perspectives/concerns regarding Criminal Justice as a discipline and profession given the current social climate. Our discussion is intended to address issues related to (1) pursuing of a criminal justice degree at a time when the media is consistently portraying the flaws in the system and (2) understanding different career paths available in criminal justice (3) learning how the pandemic has changed the field of criminal justice. Breakout rooms will be organized to facilitate question/discussion sessions with each of the CJ representatives. Reminder- this counts as a college based event!
