The Latin American Student Association (LASA) strives to elevate students of Latinx/Hispanic heritage. We do this through diverse cultural and social events that embrace our heritage. We are interested in forming strong friendships within the association and with other students of all cultures. We hope that these will continue on after we leave the university. We also strive to get the needs of Latinx students heard and met by university officials through meetings and open forums.
