Workplace conflicts can happen all too often and be a barrier to our working effectively and collaboratively. In this program we will identify when it is crucial to address a conflict and when it is best to ignore a conflict; how to structure and begin a productive conversation with another; key tools for effectively resolving conflict including the four key elements of a learning conversation and the “your turn first” model will be covered.
