The UMass Lowell Department of Music and the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra, as well as members of the Nashoba Valley Chorale and the Nashua North High School Music Department, will be combining forces to perform the iconic Symphony No. 9 of Ludwig van Beethoven and the Harmonium by modern minimalist composer John Adams. The concert will take place in UML’s Durgin Hall on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 7:00 pm, and admission is free and open to the public. Additionally, the same concert will be given at MIT’s Kresge Hall the following day, Sunday, Nov. 10 at 4:00.
