1. The Hard Stuff is the Soft Stuff

You’ve probably experienced how easy it is to bark out orders or instructions, but so much harder to inspire employees to be their best. The hard stuff is really the soft stuff. In this workshop, you’ll learn ways to help employees reach their full potential and thereby view themselves as essential to the business.
