COVID-19 Impacts: Shared Responsibility for Keeping Healthy & Safe

If you are experiencing symptoms, have tested positive, or are unvaccinated and have been deemed to be a close contact of someone who has tested positive, please DO NOT COME to campus.
  • Residential students or those attending courses on campus should call the COVID line at 978-934-COV2 (2682) or email to talk to a health care professional.
  • Students taking virtual/online classes should contact a health care professional.
  • Employees should contact their supervisors and email the COVID-19 HR Response Team at or call Kim Casey at 978-934-3557.
Before coming to campus or leaving your room each day, please complete the daily symptom checklist.
A vaccination mandate has been implemented for all employees, students, vendors and contractors. Vendors are asked to only send vaccinated employees/contractors to campus. Boosters are required for students by Feb. 28.
Face coverings are required for all faculty, staff, students, vendors and visitors regardless of vaccination status in nearly all indoor common spaces, including classrooms, instructional laboratories, meeting rooms, work areas, break rooms, hallways, elevators and restrooms. Face coverings are not required outdoors.
If you have tested positive or been in close contact as deemed by the Board of Health and live in Massachusetts, you will be contacted by the MA COVID team (pdf).
