All campus community members should use this symptom review every day prior to leaving your home, apartment or room. If you are impacted by seasonal allergies and/or have other chronic health conditions, it may be in your best interest to reach out to your primary care provider to assess if your symptoms might be related to those issues rather than COVID-19.
In the absence of those circumstances, if you answer yes to any ONE of the questions below or you have tested positive, you should not come to campus, go to class or come to work. If you are at work or class and develop any of the symptoms below, leave immediately and follow the notification stages listed below. - Fever/chills with a recorded temperature above 100.3 Fahrenheit
- Having taken any medication for the purpose of reducing a fever within the past four hours
- Muscle aches
- Sore throat
- Shortness of breath
- Loss of taste or smell
- Known close contact exposure to COVID-19 within the past 14 days
