NERSP-Qualifying Programs

The New England Regional Student Program provides reduced tuition for students enrolled in programs not offered on public campuses in their home states
Students from Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont may qualify for the New England Regional Student Program (NERSP) if the program of study is not offered at a public college in their home state. Tuition costs through NERSP-qualifying programs are less than the current out-of-state tuition costs, saving around $5,000 annually. NERSP is coordinated by the New England Board of Higher Education
