Write-Night, End of Semester Support

Fall 2018 Write Night

Thursday, November 8

The Writing Center is hosting the FALL 2018 Write Night on Thursday, November 8.

Come visit us on the third floor of O'Leary Library from 5-8 p.m. for an evening of workshops with Writing Center tutors focused on end-of-semester writing needs. Bring your questions or even your in-process drafts for help with English vocabulary (for ESL students), thesis statements, organization, pre-writing, outlining, using and integrating sources, personal statements and application essays, and timed essay exams. One-on-one tutoring will also be available.

Join us for pizza, prizes, and an informative night of writing support, just in time for your writing deadlines!

Students in all disciplines and majors are welcome. For more information, email: Mary Gormley, Director of the Writing Center, or visit our Facebook page for announcements as WRITE NIGHT approaches.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view any pdf files. It can be download for free from the Adobe website.
