    Workplace conflicts can happen all too often and be a barrier to our working effectively and collaboratively. In this program we will identify when it is crucial to address a conflict and when it is best to ignore a conflict; how to structure and begin a productive conversation with another; key tools for effectively resolving conflict including the four key elements of a learning conversation and the “your turn first” model will be covered.

    Almost a private introductory lesson, this small group, relaxed instructional session is an introduction to basic safety, strokes, recovery and flatwater SUP technique. Learn to SUP while basking in the evening glow of the sunset over the Merrimack river. This course often includes a few swims so be prepared to get wet!     This class incorporates dumbbells, resistance bands, body weight and steps. It will take you through all major lifts to improve your overall strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance.     The Pemigewasset Wilderness is New Hampshire’s largest Wilderness Area, and includes over 45,000 acres of protected land in the heart of the White Mountains. Ringed by impressive peaks, the wilderness forms the upper watershed for the Pemigewasset River, providing lush valleys accessed only by hiking trails. The trip is designed for beginner backpackers with lots of instruction in basic
    backpacking skills and Leave No Trace principles. This can also be a great trip for the experienced backpacker.

    On this guided tour we will meet you at the Boathouse at 7 p.m. and paddle upstream on the Merrimack River. We will enjoy the sunset while floating on the water before heading back to the Boathouse in the twilight. Please come 15 minutes early to check in and prepare. Appropriate for adults and children.     Every Saturday at 11 a.m. we drop boaters off about five miles upstream to River Front Park in Tyngsboro, Mass. to enjoy a scenic and leisurely paddle downstream. Highlights include paddling under the Tyngsboro and Rourke Bridges, the narrows around Tyngs Island, and side trips under the railroad bridges and up Stony Brook to explore historic mill buildings. Choose to paddle downstream (2-3 hours) or upstream and then back down (4+ hours). For more information or to register, please visit Here!
