Spring classes begin Jan. 25 as fully remote, 25% transition to in-person Feb. 1. For more information, visit COVID website.
The monitors in public spaces on campus are called Hawki screens. These monitors display campus news and information. University-wide information is pushed to each monitor. Departments can also add information specific to their department in addition to the university-wide information.
For those who have access to Hawki via AxisTV, University Relations has created new backgrounds available in the "University Backgrounds" folder. We also provide templates available for download if you do not have access to Hawki.
In case of emergency, the screens will have the latest closing or emergency information.
To have a specific event posted, submit a web ticket. Please select "Web Content" as the category and "Hawki" as the subcategory when submitting your request. You may attach your own artwork - following the specifications below - or a university template to your request. Much of the information that appears on Hawki will be pulled from other sources such as featured news stories and 25Live, the university's space reservation system. Please make sure that your event is listed in 25Live and the university calendar before asking for it to be publicized. Review the Hawki policies.
