Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science

Our students are passionate about understanding earth systems and applying knowledge to solve environmental and sustainability challenges.


For students who wish to explore the earth, weather and the environment, the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science has two options. 

(For current students: Atmospheric Science - Meteorology, before fall 2020).

Admissions Standards & Requirements

Note: If you are interested in studying Math, Science or Engineering, it is strongly recommended that you take four years of Math and Science. 
Students majoring in Environmental Science or Meteorology prepare for a variety of careers in the private, public and non-profit sector. Career opportunities of graduates include:
  • Water and soil pollution and remediation
  • Water resource management
  • Environmental impact assessment and sustainability
