Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Facility

The Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Facility is part of the Core Research Facilities at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. The NMR facility is located in the basement of the Olney Science Center.  It offers a solution state JEOL 400 MHz NMR.

The Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Facility offers expert assistance and training in solution state NMR spectroscopy to the university researchers and industry clients. In addition, we have advanced processing software to assist with spectra interpretation. Training on an instrument includes 1H and 13C NMR techniques. Additional training is offered for advanced NMR experiments including kinetic studies, 2D techniques, and variable temperature studies.
