The Round 2 Question & Answer (Q&A) Sessions will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 1-4 p.m. through Hopin.

Finalists selected after the week-long video viewing period (Round 1) will continue to the next stage of the competition and participate in a real-time, virtual Q&A session. Each finalist, either individual or team, will present for a total of approximately 6 minutes; 3 minutes to present their project and 3 minutes for a Q&A with a panel of judges.

Larger teams should appoint no more than 3 team members to participate in the Q&A session (reason being that the virtual platform will only allow for a maximum number of presenters).

Though not required, finalists may elect to share presentation slides (no more than 3) during their presentation time.

Following their presentation, finalists should be prepared to answer technical questions about their project. Judges may also inquire about learning experiences and personal and professional growth. The judging rubric for Round 2 is available for reference.

All finalists will be provided specific time assignments and further instruction no later than Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
