Why We Do It

We are on a mission to improve health and wellness in our communities. And we can't get there without working together. That's why the Center brings together a diverse team of researchers and partners with other institutions and community leaders. Together, we are trying to understand how much disease exists and the causes of these diseases. As we learn together, we support community leaders and policy makers to design structures and programs to make long-lasting changes for better quality of life.
