  1. Biointerface Research: pathogen transmission and pathogen-food-fluid interactions on food and food contact surfaces.
  2. Biosensor Device: molecular biomarker discovery and rapid detection of viable pathogens.
  3. Food Safety Intervention: material innovation for risk mitigation of pathogen contamination and cross-contamination.
