  • November 2, 2017 - The offices of the Provost, Vice Chancellor for Research & Innovation, the Transformation Education Committee, and the Faculty Development Council invite faculty and staff to join us for the 2017-2018 Faculty Symposium to be held on November 2 from 3-7 p.m.

  • October 18, 2017 - Energy Innovation Forum. The Energy Innovation Forum will bring together experts in the emerging energy markets, with an interest in the real-world application of innovative technologies. The forum will host startups, innovators, university researchers, investors, and industry leaders. The event will include rapid fire presentations, a keynote address, expert panels and plenty of time for networking. Join us to connect with academic and industry partners, while showcasing your idea or company!

  • Support for Clean Energy in Academia, MassCEC funding Opportunity. Support for Clean Energy in Academia is intended to support clean energy and water technology efforts in Massachusetts’ academic institutions. This program seeks to promote technological innovative research and advanced development and support economic analysis on the impacts of clean energy technologies; support the commercialization of technological innovations, including infrastructure development pilot projects; ensure a trained workforce for Massachusetts’ clean energy industry and support clean energy adoption and promotion.   • The Johnson & Johnson Innovation in collaboration with Massachusetts Medical Device Development Center (M2D2) have launched the JLABS @ M2D2 QuickFire Challenge. The competition will award 1 year of paid residence at M2D2 in Lowell, MA, and access to mentorship and coaching from Johnson & Johnson experts. Application deadline February 1, 2017. Read More.
