Biosketch

Engineering and technical experience includes:  a captain in the U.S. Air Force serving as a high energy laser aerodynamics engineer at the Air Force Weapons Laboratory;  technical support consultant, application programmer, computer scientist, and computational scientist  at the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC) and adjunct lecturer at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD);  senior design analyst for an artificial heart valve project at a cardiac prosthetic device company; technical expert and program manager in modeling and simulation of the development of Airdrop and Aerial Delivery systems.
