UMass Lowell has established various Master Service Agreements in following categories to support the renovation and repair of University Facilities:
- Asbestos Remediation
- Suspect Microbial Remediation
All trades work is coordinated through the Office of Facilities Management. To request trades work, please complete a Facilities Work Order.
Construction on campus is managed by the Facilities Project Management Department. All construction is bid in accordance with M.G.L. c. 7, M.G.L. c. 149, and or M.G.L., c. 30 § 39M.
