UMass Lowell Terrorism Expert Available to Discuss DNC Security Issues

UMass Lowell Prof. Allan Roscoe, who has spent nearly 30 years studying terrorism and violent crimes, is available to discuss security issues surrounding next week's Democratic National Convention in Boston.

Roscoe, a former special agent with the Office of Special Investigations, USAF, has extensive experience in felony criminal investigations as well as counter-intelligence, counter-espionage and counter-terrorism.  A criminal justice professor at the University, Roscoe teaches courses on bio-terrorism and weapons of mass destruction, counter-terrorism, terrorism and hate crimes.

 

A resident of Chelmsford, Roscoe has lived and worked throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United States.
