The Department of World Languages and Cultures, in collaboration with the General Consulate of Italy in Boston, invites you to the Italian Film Festival - New England Spring 2020, with the screenings of five contemporary films by Italian female directors. The screenings are free and open to public. The films are in Italian with English subtitles.
  • Thursday, Feb: 13: "Inferno Mittelbau Dora" by Mary Mirka Milo, O'Leary Library room 222, 6:30 p.m. 
    Introduction by History Professor Patrick Young, "Nazi Labor Camps in Memory and Forgetting"
  • Tuesday, March 3: "Signorina Effe" by Wilma Labate, Coburn 255, 6:30 p.m. 
  • Wednesday, March 25: "Un giorno speciale" by Francesca Comencini, O'Leary Library room 222, 6:30 p.m. 
  • Monday, April 13: "Corpo Celeste" by Alice Rohrwacher , O'Leary Library room 222, 6:30 p.m. 
  • Thursday, April 30: "Terramatta" by Costanza Quatriglio, O'Leary Library, room 222, at 6:30 p.m.
