The Minor in Entrepreneurship is intended to introduce non-business students to the basic concepts and tools necessary to think entrepreneurially, identify opportunities and acquire knowledge about how to convert and pursue opportunities.
It will prepare students to either start their own ventures, work in an establish company as an entrepreneur, work with other entrepreneurs or understand how to effectively work in today’s global business environment. A Minor in Entrepreneurship consists of 18 credits.
As a direct result of these study abroad and students exchange programs, MSB has launched a Minor in Entrepreneurship at KLE in Hubli. KLE Faculty Development started in Jan. 2016 and will continue through the spring. KLE will formally launch the program in spring 2017.
MSB is pursuing discussions of implementing similar programs at other partnering institutions.
