An accomplished trainer and communicator, Karen has designed, developed and delivered highly successful professional development and technical training programs that have demonstrated exceptional results. She has also managed numerous corporate events and national sales referral programs for world-class companies including Sanders Associates, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Houghton Mifflin Company. Karen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from Salem State College and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Education from Boston University. She has been an adjunct professor at River University in Nashua since Fall 2005 teaching Microsoft Excel, Business Communications and Organizational Behavior to undergrads and Effective Presentations and Team Building to grads. She was also an adjunct professor at UMass in Lowell teaching Professional Communications to undergrads from Fall 2006 – Spring 2000. In Fall 2000, Karen became a full-time visiting faculty member. She is/has been involved in these many organizations in the following capacities: New Hampshire Business Education Association, Member since 2009. President 2011-2012 Business and Professional Women of Nashua, Vice-president, 2004-2005 Mass Bay Organizational Development Learning Group, Member, 2003 Women in Networking, Board of Directors, 2002-2004 American Society for Training & Development, Member, 2003.
